摘要
作为大学生毕业前的"准社会化阶段",高校应关注学生的社会化发展。不同类型学生,在自我认知与发展、人际交往与沟通、社会认知与理解等方面差异显著。大学生的社会化发展受到很多因素影响。学生性别、校园地位、家庭背景等个体特征,高校提供的学术性和非学术性教育活动以及学生的校园人际互动投入,都对大学生的社会化发展产生不同程度影响。高校加强学生分类指导、引导学生明确发展目标有助于促进学生社会化发展。高校应提供各类教育活动,促进校园人际互动,构建"学生中心"的学生发展服务支持体系。
As a quasi-socialization stage for most students before graduation ,colleges should pay special attention to the students' socialization. Significant difference was found in different type students' socialization including self-cognition, interpersonal communication and social-cognition. Many factors influence on college students' socialization. For example, students' individual characteristics such as gender, status ,family backgrou- nd, colleges' academic and non-academic activities, and students' interpersonal interaction in campus, etc. Colleges may promote the students' socialization capacity by many ways. Classified guidance and clearer development goals will be helpful to students' socialization. Colleges should provide better education activities and promote students' campus interpersonal interaction. It's meaningful to build a student-centered campus supporting system to promote students' socialization.
