摘要
经济发展、教育公平和教育结构优化需要区域教育一体化改革。统筹区域教育发展方向,整体规划教育结构;理顺区域教育管理体制,调动各类主体的积极性;提高区域政策效率,合理配置教育资源;改变教育理念,充分实现各类教育应有功能是区域教育一体化改革的基本路径选择。
Economic development,education fairness and structure optimization needs reform of regional educational integration. The basic path for the reform of regional education include that the regional education development planning,the overall planning of the education structure;straighten out the regional education management system,mobilize the enthusiasm of all kinds of subject;improve the efficiency of regional policy ,the rational allocation of educational resources ;change the educational ideas ,the full realization of the function of education.
