实体膨胀管膨胀力解析解及试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用金属塑性变形理论,用解析法研究了实体膨胀管在大的径向塑性变形下的力学响应,获得了计算实体膨胀管膨胀力和接触压力的解析解模型。据此模型,计算了139.7 mm×7.72 mm N80钢级实体膨胀管以15%的膨胀率进行膨胀时所需的膨胀力。为了验证该解析解模型的准确性,试验研究了139.7 mm×7.72 mm N80钢级实体膨胀管以15%的膨胀率进行膨胀时膨胀力的变化状态,并将试验值与实例计算值进行对比,二者最大相对误差为9.2%,属于工程许可的精度范围。因此,该解析解模型可以用于指导膨胀工具和施工工艺设计。 Adopting metal plastic deformation theory, the analytic method was used to study the mechanical response of solid expandable pipe under large radial plastic deformation, obtaining the analytic solution model for the expansion force and contact pressure of calculated solid expandable pipe. According to the model, the example calculation of the expansion force needed by the 0139.7 mm ×7.72 mm N80 steel grade solid expandable pipe was conducted when it was expanding at the 15% expansion rate. To verify the accuracy of the model, an experimental study was carried out. The test value was compared with the example calculation value, finding that their maximum error was 9.2%. This error falls within the scope of engineering permission. Therefire, the model can serve as a guide to the design of expandable tool and operation technology.
