摘要
本文研究一种基于LabVIEW串口通信的自动数据采集的燃气灶具测试系统。系统的硬件架构由主控计算机、可编程模拟量采集模块和传感器组成,软件采用LabVIEW编程,通过VISA串口通信等功能函数来完成测试的重要参数的数据采集传输和结果运算分析任务。实验结果表明,自动测试系统应用自动数据采集和传感器技术代替传统测量手段,能有效的提高测试准确度和工作效率,提高燃具检测的自动化信息水平。
Automatic domestic gas cooking aplliance test system of LahVIEW Serial Communication has been studied. The system mainly measuring equipment consists of different sensors and programmable analog data acquisition modules, by using LabVIEW serial communication data acquisition and processing technology ,System control-PC accomplish all the important parameters data acquisition and analysis. The test system improve the measurement precision and increase the work efficiency. It can improve the automated testing method of domestic gas cooking aplliance.
