定位型髋臼锉的研制及临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]自行设计并研制一种新型定位型髋臼锉,以期提高全髋关节置换术尤其是变形髋臼的人工全髋置换术髋臼假体置入的成功率及置入质量。[方法]对2009年2月～2013年2月本科收治的成人髋关节发育不良、扁平髋、股骨头坏死30例(36髋)患者应用自行设计并研制的定位型髋臼锉行全髋关节置换术,术后3、6、12个月及之后每年门诊随访,随访内容包括:(1)Harris评分进行髋关节功能评价;(2)X线测量髋臼旋转中心位置。[结果]截至随访终点,30例(36髋)均获得随访,随访3个月～4.0年,平均25个月。手术时间平均90 min(70～120 min),术前平均Harris评分(42.5±10.5)分,术后平均Harris评分(94.5±3.2)分,较术前有明显提高(P<0.05)。所有病例髋臼假体稳定、周围无放射透亮影,假体髋臼骨面均有骨长入,移植骨愈合。本组尚无术后翻修病例。[结论]定位型髋臼锉设计合理,使用方便,能提高假体置入的准确性,是一种有效的关节重建方式。
