摘要
自 1990年代中期以来 ,随着摩托车工业的发展 ,小型密封铅酸蓄电池已开始在摩托车上使用。它显示了许多优点 ,但仍满足不了摩托车的高性能使用要求。我们对产品进行优化板栅设计 ,调整电极配方及电池内部结构等 ,提高了电池的综合性能 ,比能量达 39Wh/kg ,特别是有好的低温高倍率放电性能 ,达到了日本摩托车工业标准和 1990年代后期水平 ,有很好的市场前景。
Since middle 1990s, the sealed lead-acid battery has been applied to motorcycle with motorcycle industry development and shown many advantages, but its performance did not meet the high requirement of motorcycle. The general performance of the battery was inhanced, energydensity approached 39 Wh/kg after optimized grid designing, changed plate prescription and adjusted inner structure. Especially it has better discharge performance at high discharge rate and low temperature, the qulity of the battry reached JIS D 5302-1997 and the level of late 1990s. It has large potential market.
