炼油部加氢精制装置换热器E-107浮头螺栓断裂,给装置安全运行带来了威胁,本文从设备所处的介质腐蚀环境、宏观检验、材料化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等几个方面分析了螺栓断裂失效的原因,提出下一个运行周期的防腐措施,保障装置安全运行。
