摘要
分析了监视线保护的重要性，指出了造成监视线保护误动的原因，在此基础上提出了基于正交变换的监视线保护原理，并给出了实验数据。
This paper analyzes the importance of monitor wire protection, and points out the reasons of misaction.Then a new principle of monitor wire protection based on the orthogonal transformation is offered, and experiment data also have been given.
