摘要
湖南省的渠道防渗 ,在衬砌方式、防渗材料、施工方法与工艺等方面进行了大量的研究与有益的探索。渠道防渗节水效果显著 ,投资省 ,成本低 ,降低了糙率 ,提高了输水能力 ,减少了渠道垮塌和淤积。湖南省大、中、小型灌区的渠道尚有 70 %未衬砌 ,渠道防渗的任务繁重。搞好渠道防渗 ,是湖南省实现工程水利向资源水利转变的重要措施之一。
A great deal of studies and quests for channel anti-seepage in Hunan province have been made at types, materials, constructing methods and techniques of lining, with which the effects of WSI are prominence. However, the task of channel anti-seepage is heavy, and to do the work well is the one important measure for realizing water conservancy transfer from projects to resources.
