摘要
西部农业的振兴是西部地区全面振兴的基础与支柱,值此西部开发的大政方针启动之际,西部农业的开发迎来了历史机遇.针对西部地区农业生产的实际与特点,结合多年研究实践,就西部农业开发的基本对策及相应措施进行了认识性探讨,以期促进该区农业和农村经济结构调整,实现农业可持续发展.
Agricultural promoting is the base and pillar of overall promoting in Western China. It happened to start the major policy of western development, western agricultural development meets a historical opportunity. To counter the conditions and characteristics of western region agricultural production and combine these years research practice, basic countermeasures and relevant steps on western agricultural development were raised in the paper, which in hope of accelerating adjustment of the agricultural and rural economic structure , and realizing agricultural sustainable development.
