摘要
目的 在表型鉴定的基础上使用遗传学方法鉴定一株明串珠菌属的细菌。方法 扩增 L.sp.HXQ0 0 1菌株 16 Sr RNA基因并测序 ,将结果与同属 ,非同属的乳酸菌作同源性比较。结果 losp HXQOO1菌株与同属的乳酸菌柠檬色明串珠菌的同源性为 98%～ 99% ,与肠膜明串珠菌的同源性为 95 %以上 ,与非同属的乳酸菌酒类酒球菌和类肠膜魏斯菌的同源性均小于 70 %。结论 L.sp.HXQ0 0 1菌为柠檬色明串珠菌。
Objective:To differentiate the bacteria strain of L.sp.HXQ001 from other strains belong in the source family.Methods:the gene of 16 SrRNA from the strain of L.sp.HXQ001 was amplified in vitro and the sequence was compared with other strains of Leuconstoc.Results:The homology of L.sp.HXQ001 with L.citrem was 98%～99%.Lower than 70% with oenococcus oeni or Weissella paramesenteroides.Conclution:The strain of L.sp.HXQ001 may belong to the L.citreum.
