摘要
采用正交试验法 ,以人参皂甙 Rg1的提取率为测定指标 ,对心宁滴丸的醇提工艺中乙醇浓度、加醇量、回流时间等因素进行考察 ,结果表明 :以 80 %乙醇提取 ,第一次加 5倍量 ,提取 1.5h;第二次加 4倍量 ,提取 1h为最佳提取工艺。
The extracted techniques of Xinnin dropping pill were determined by orthogonal design method by assay of Ginenoside Rgl in the extraction.The optimal technical parameters were as follow:using 5 times amount of 80% alcohol as extracting solvent to reflux for 1\^5 hours at the first time,and 4 times solvent for one hour at the second extraction.
