摘要
根据Autoform软件对汽车高强板制件冲压工艺的CAE回弹仿真分析结果,运用ThinkDesign软件中GSM(Global Shape Modelling)功能,自动实现工艺数模的回弹补偿,并且将回弹补偿后的工艺数模再次运用Autoform软件进行冲压工艺的CAE回弹仿真分析,验证回弹补偿是否足够、正确,并且以实际案例表述了这种参数化回弹补偿的解决方案。
Based on CAE springback simulation analysis result of automotive high-strength board＇ s stamping process using Autoform software,use GSM（Global Shape Modelling） function in ThinkDesign software, realize springback compensation of process analog automatically,and use the Autoform again to do CAE springback simulation analysis with the process analog after springback compensation, to validate if the springback compensation is enough and correct.And describe the solution of the parameterized springbaek compensation with practical cases.
