摘要
通过盆栽试验研究小麦氮锌配施效应.结果表明:在土壤供锌较低(0.2 mg/kg)的条件下,氮肥用量由50 mg/kg提高到150 mg/kg时,小麦籽粒锌质量分数增加了140%;在土壤供锌较高(5 mg/kg)的条件下,土壤氮肥用量由50 mg/kg提高到150 mg/kg时,小麦籽粒锌质量分数增加了61%.增施氮肥,可以促进小麦地上部锌向籽粒中转移,从而有利于锌在籽粒中的积累.充足的氮肥施用对小麦籽粒锌累积具有非常重要的作用.
The effects of combined application of nitrogen and zinc on wheat were studied under pot-culture conditions. Under low rate (0. 2 mg/kg) of zinc application, zinc content of the grain increased by 140% when nitrogen fertilizer rate increased from 50 mg/kg to 150 mg/kg. Under high rate (5 mg/kg) of zinc application, zinc content of the grain increased by 61% when nitrogen fertilizer rate increased from 50 mg/kg to 150 mg/kg. Increasing nitrogen application can promote the transfer of zinc from the vegetative organs (the shoot) to the grains, which is conductive to the accumulation of zinc in grains. So, sufficient nitrogen nutrition plays a very important role, in wheat grain zinc accumulation.
