摘要
本文以中小板上市公司为样本,研究了公司创新战略与财务战略之间的耦合关系及对公司价值的影响。结果表明,采取稳健型财务战略有利于创新战略的实施;创新战略与财务战略对公司价值存在交互影响,在采取稳健型财务战略的企业中,创新战略对公司价值正面促进作用更明显。
This paper uses a sample of listed SMEs to test the relationship between the strategy of innovation and financial strategy as well as their interactive effect on firm value.Our empirical analysis shows that firms pursuing a strategy of innovation will maintain a moderate financial structure.Furthermore,the strategy of innovation and financial strategy have interactive impact on firm value.The positive influence of innovation on firm value will be more significant if firms have moderate financial structure.
