间充质干细胞与急性肾损伤 被引量:2

摘要 肾损伤是一个重要的公共健康问题,尽管在支持治疗上取得了很多进展,但是病死率仍然很高,并且部分患者最终导致慢性肾衰竭.因此迫切需要形成有效的治疗方法降低其病死率.应用间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)治疗急性肾损伤是一个重要的进展,现就此作一综述.
