摘要
采用高效液相色谱法比较了两种葛根浓缩颗粒中葛根素的含量。以 C1 8化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,甲醇 -水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,UV检测波长为 2 5 0 nm进行测定。结果加样回收率为 98.37% (n=6 ) ;RSD为 0 .5 4%。葛根素在 0 .16~ 0 .80μg(γ=0 .9998)范围内 ,进样量与吸收面积值呈良好的线性关系 ,柴葛浓缩颗粒中葛根素的含量较粉葛浓缩颗粒中的高。
The content determination of puerarin of the two Puerariae extracts has been carried out by HPLC with C 18 chemical bonded silica gel as a solid phase, Methanol-Water(25∶75) as a mobile phase, and UV detection wavelength at 250 nm. The average recovery of the added index was 98.37% (n=6);RSD was 0.54%. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of puerarin and absorption area value in range of 0.16~0.80 μg(γ=0.999 8). The determination of puerarin in extracts of Chaige 〔Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi〕is higher than it in extracts of Fenge (Pueraria thonsonii Benth.).
