摘要
用 HPL C法分离了柴胡止血口服液中白芍的芍药甙 ,并测定其含量。分析条件为色谱柱 Phcnom enex ODS柱(5 μm,15 0× 4.6 m ml D) ,预柱 (Althle) ;流动相 :甲醇 -36 %醋酸 -异丙醇 -水 (2 5∶ 2∶ 2∶ 71) ;流速 :1.0 ml/ min;柱温 :室温 ;检测波长 :2 30 nm ;灵敏度 :0 .1A UF S。测定三批样品 ,加样回收率平均值为 97.5 8% ,RSD为 1.32 %。

Analytical conditions: Column:phcnomenex ODS (5 μm, 150×4.6 mm ID); Mobile phase: methol-36% aceticacid-isopropanol-water (25∶2∶2∶71); Flow rate:1.0 ml/min; Column Temp: ambient. Detector: UV at 230 nm; Sensitive: 0.1 AUFS. Three batches were determined, the average of recovery rate was 97.25%; RSD was 1.32%.
