摘要
目的 探讨分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果.方法 选取本院2007年3月～2012年8月收治的66例多囊卵巢综合征患者,将所有患者按随机数法分为实验组与对照组,每组各33例.对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,实验组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗,所有患者均治疗3个疗程,结束后对比分析两组患者治疗前后的体质量指数（BMI）、腰臀比（WHR）、血清激素水平及胰岛素抵抗的变化.结果 实验组与对照组治疗前后BMI、WHR、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、25-羟维生素D[25-（OH）D]水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,治疗后实验组卵泡数、黄体生成素（LH）、LH/FSH、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）的水平及胰岛素抵抗指数（IR）明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 多囊卵巢综合征患者应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍可以有效调整患者体内各项疾病相关激素的水平,使患者的病情得到改善,值得推广.
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect about ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with metformin in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods 66 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected in our hospital from March 2007 to August 2012.All the patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method,each group had 33 cases.The control group was given ethinylestradiol cyproterone treated, the experimental group was given ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with metformin treated.All patients were treat- ed for three courses,then the levels of BMI,WHR,serum hormone and insulin resistance changes of two groups of patients before and after treatment were contrasted and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference （P〉0.05） on the levels of BMI,WHR,FSH,25-（OH）D between the experimental group and control group before and after treatment. The number of follicles,the levels of LH,LH/FSH, T,FE and IR in experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with metformin for patients of polycystic ovarian syndrome can effectively adjust the levels of various hormones associated with disease in the body,and the pa- tient＇s condition were improved,so it is worth promoting.
