摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术在妇科疾病外科治疗中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的48例择期行子宫全切术的患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组行单纯阴式子宫全切术,观察组行腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、腹痛消失时间、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、术后排气时间、腹痛消失时间和住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后无严重并发症发生,对照组有1例出现膀胱损伤,两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术安全有效,能显著减少术中出血量,腹痛时间短,术后恢复快。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of laparoseopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for surgical treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods 48 cases of elective hysterectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, Patients in control group was given slmple vaginal hysterectomy, Patieats in observation group were given laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. The operative time,blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,abdominal pain disappearance time,hospitalization time and complication rate of two groups were compared. Results Operative time of two groups was not significantly different （P〉0.05）.The blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,abdominal pain disappearance time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）.There was no postoperative complications in observation group,while l case of bladder injury in control group （P〉0.05）.The complication rate of two groups was not significantly different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is safe and effective. It can significantly reduce blood loss and abdominal pain time,rapid postoperative recovery.
