摘要 产卵后的鳗鲡 (Anguilla japonica)可分为顺产鳗鲡 (Smoothly ovulated eels,SOE)和部分产鳗鲡 (Partly ovulated eels,POE)两种类型 ,经组织学检查发现 ,SOE性腺中第 +++和第 时相的卵细胞较多 ,而 POE性腺中第 ++和第 时相的卵细胞较多 .SOE脑部的m Gn RH、血清 Gt H和雌二醇 (E2 )的含量均显著高于 POE,但 SOE脑部 c Gn RH- 及血清睾酮 (T)含量与 The post ovulated eels could be divided into two types:one is smoothly ovulated eels(SOE),another is partly ovulated eels(POE).Ratio of Ⅳ +++ phase oocytes and Ⅴ phase oocytes in ovaries of SOE was much higher than that of POE. POE Ⅳ ++ phase oocytes and Ⅵ phase oocytes were commonly observed in ovaries.Concentrations of mGnRH, plasma gonadotropin and plasma estradiol 17 β were higher in SOE than in POE.Testosterone and cGnRH Ⅱ levels in plasma of SOE and POE were foumd without significant difference.
