摘要
目的 了解检验科微生物污染情况 ,探讨最佳的化验单消毒方法。方法 对检验科各专业组室内空气、常用物品表面、工作人员双手、化验报告单表面等采样进行微生物检测并比较紫外线照射、福尔马林熏蒸、环氧乙烷及戊二醛熏蒸等 4种方法对化验单的消毒效果。结果 检验科空气含菌量、工作人员双手、常用物品和化验报告单表面带菌明显高于规定标准 ;化验单 4种消毒方法以戊二醛熏蒸最好。结论检验科的环境和工作人员双手的消毒在院内感染的控制中具有重要意义 ,发出的化验单应严格消毒。
Objective To understand microorganism polluting condition and inquire into the best laboratory sheet's sterilization.Method Sampling and microorganism's detection were made in air,the surface of article for daily use,both hands of workers and the surface of sheet in rooms of all professional groups,and compared the sterilizing effects on sheets among the 4 methods wuch as the ultraviolet irradiation,formalin's,epoxy ethane's and glutaradehyde's fumigating.Results In laboratory,air significantly higher than stipulated criteria;among the 4 methods,the glutaraldehyde was the best.Conclusion the sterilization of circumstances and the both hands played an important role in the controlling infection in hospital,issued sheets should be strictly sterilized.
