白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术28例术后高眼压原因分析及护理 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后发生高眼压的原因及护理对策。方法:对450例(516眼)患者行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,术后28例(28眼)出现高眼压,分析其原因,并总结护理对策。结果:前房内粘弹剂残留、炎症、残留的晶状体皮质等均可致术后眼压升高。经过及时护理观察和对症治疗,28例高眼压的患者3 d内眼压均恢复正常。结论:加强术后对高眼压的及时观察和有效护理是手术成功的关键。避免眼压持续升高造成视功能的永久性损伤而致失明,严重影响手术效果,可促使患者早日恢复视力。
