摘要
目的通过对屈光参差性弱视儿童配戴高透氧硬性角膜接触镜(RGP)联合个性化弱视综合训练的疗效观察,探讨一种安全、有效、快捷的矫治屈光参差性弱视的方法。方法将2009年4月至2012年12月在我院门诊诊断为屈光参差性弱视儿童随机分为A、B两组,A组51人(91只眼)配戴高透氧硬性角膜接触镜(RGP),B组52人(92只眼)配戴框架眼镜。两组患儿根据屈光异常类型和注视性质分为两个亚组,同时进行个性化弱视综合治疗,对比观察两组患儿分别在治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后视力、立体视的变化。结果治疗1、3个月后A组有效率分别达92.3%,100%;B组有效率分别达54.3%,92.4%。6个月后A组治愈率达93.4%;B组治愈率达84.8%。6个月后A组立体视有效率65.6%;B组58.8%。。结论高透氧硬性角膜接触镜(RGP)联合弱视个性化综合训练矫正屈光参差性弱视是一种安全、有效、快捷的方法。尤其是对于立体视的建立尤为有效。值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore a kind of safe, effective and rapid method to treat anisometropic amblyopia through the elinical obsewation of the combined rigid gas - permeable contact lenses （RGP） with individualized synthetical treat- ment on anisometropic amblyopia. Methods 103 （183eyes） cases diagnosed with anisometropic amblyopia in outpatient department of our hospital between April 2009 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups （ group A and group B）. 51 cases （91 eyes） in group A wore RGP and 52 cases （92 eyes） in group wore spectacles. All the patients were divided into two subunits according to the type of ametropia and properties of focus, and they were given individualized synthetical treatment on amblyopia. The visual acuity and stereopsis were then compared and observed after the treatment for 1month, 3 months and 6 months. Results The effective rate was 92. 3% and 100% respectively with RGP after 1 month and 3 months in group A, and the effective rate was 54. 3% and 92. 4% respectively with spectacles after 1 month and 3months in group B. Six months later, the cure rate was 93.4% and 84. 8% respectively in both groups. The effective rate of stereopsis was 65.6% and 58.8% respectively in both groups. Conclusion The method of combined rigid gas - permeable contact lenses （RGP） with individualized synthetical treatment on anisometropic amblyopia is a kind of safe, ef- fective and rapid, especially for the regain of stereopsis. It is worthy of＂ clinical promotion.
