摘要
目的观察应用镍钛形状记忆合金爪治疗创伤导致的急性髌骨粉碎性骨折中的应用与疗效,探讨本治疗方法的作用与优势。方法 43例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者采用镍钛形状记忆合金髌骨爪一期手术内固定,术后综合疗效按陆裕朴膝关节评价标准分析。结果优34例(79%),良7例(16%),可2例(5%),优良率95%。结论镍钛形状记忆合金爪治疗急性髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效可靠,有助于患者膝关节功能康复,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To observe the application of nickel - titanium shape memory alloy claw in the treatment of a- cute traumatic patellar fracture and discuss the benefits of this treatment. Methods 43 patients with patellar fracture were treated with nickel -titanium shape memory alloy in an internal fixation surgery, and the postoperative comprehensive effi- cacy was analyzed according to Lu YuPu Knee Evaluation Criteria. Results The number of excellent cases was 34 （79%）, good in 7 cases （ 16% ）, fair in 2 cases （5%） and the excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion Treat- ment of acute patellar fracture with nickel -titanium shape memory alloy claw is reliable. It is helpful for the function re- covery of knee joints, which is worth the clinical application.
