摘要
本试验以具无融合生殖特性的 1 4年生湖北海棠实生树为试材 ,对其童区和成年区的叶片基因组 DNA进行 RAPD分析。结果显示 :从 1 50个引物中由 P70 1从童区叶片基因组DNA中扩增出 1个约 2 .1 kb的片段 ,成年区基因组 DNA中未能扩增出该片段。文中对阶段转变的机理及基因组 DNA多态性的原因作了讨论。
Fourteen year old (mature phase) apomictic seedlings of crabapple (Malus hupenhensis) were selected as trial materials.The results of RAPD analysis showed that there was a DNA fragment of about 2 1 kb amplified by primer 701 from genomic DNA of leaves in juvenile zone.It can't be found in the amplified products of genomic DNA of leaves in adult zone of seedling.The underlying mechansims of phase change and the reasonable explanations of genomic DNA polymorphism were discussed.
