摘要
乳腺癌是严重威胁女性健康的一种恶性肿瘤,术后局部区域复发(LRR)严重影响了早期乳腺癌患者的生存率。因此,明确影响术后LRR的相关危险因素具有重大意义。本文阐述了年龄、绝经水平、T分期、原发肿瘤大小等方面危险因素与早期乳腺癌术后复发的关系,同时探讨术后放疗在早期乳腺癌预后复发中的意义,以期为早期乳腺癌预后复发的诊治提供指导意义。
Breast cancer is a common gynecological malignancy, and is considered to be a great threat to women＇s health due to higher rate of local region relapse （LRR）. Therefore, exploring the related risk factors to LRR will be grateful for patients. The aim of this research is to discuss the correlation between LRR and its related risk factors, including age, menopause time, size of T primary tumor, and so on. Additionally, the importance of postoperative radiotherapy is also discussed. Hence, this study maybe provides guidance for the diagnosis and treatment prognosis of early breast cancer.
