摘要
为适应高通量药物筛选 ,建立天然提取物数据库 ,对于活性化合物的发现及其进一步研究具有重要意义。我们根据提取物数据库的要求以及现有数据库软件的特点 ,探索出合理使用这些软件的方法 ,使软件可以优势互补 ,以更好地进行提取物数据库的管理。
In order to adapt to High Through put Screening,the natural extract library is created.It is very significant on the discovery of active compounds and their research.According to the basis of the demand for natural extract data library,we explore a way to use our available software reasonably to manage the data library very well.
