摘要
目的 :探讨中医药治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法 :将 1 84例乳腺增生症随机分为乳结消丸治疗组 (n =1 34 ) ;乳癖消片对照组 (n =50 )。结果 :治疗组治愈率 55% ,总有效率 95% ;对照组治愈率 4 8% ,总有效率 86%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。治疗组 2 0例血清中E2 、PRL明显降低 ,而P、T则有回升。结论 :乳结消丸对乳腺增生症有显著疗效 ,且能调节内源性激素水平。
Objective:To make research on the curative effecf of treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with Chinese herbs.Method:One hundred and eighty-four cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were divided into treatment group of Rujiexiao pills(n=134)and control group of Rupixiao pills(n=50)at random.Result:the cure rate was 55% in the treatment group with the whole effective rate of 95%;While the cure rate was 48% in the control group with the whole effective rate of 86%.Therefore the curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group (P<0 01).Twenty cases in the treatment group appeared such results as markde reduction of E 2 and PRL as well as elevation of P and T.Conclusion:Rujiexiao pills had marked curative effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands and coudl adjust the endogenous hormones level.
