摘要
为了研究昔多芬 (silldenafil,viagra TM)治疗男子阴茎勃起功能障碍 (ED)的效果 ,将 2 14例 ED(器质性41% ,心理性 46 % ,混合性 13% )随机双盲分为两组 :昔多芬组 12 4例 ,用昔多芬 5 0 mg、10 0 mg各 6 2例 ,性交前 6 0min口服 (qd) ,连服 2 d后 ,改为 2～ 3 d服 1次 ,连用 4～ 8周 ;对照组 90例 ,用育亨宾 (yohim bine) 5 .4mg、10 .8mgTid各 45例 ,连用 4～ 8周。结果显示 :昔多芬组 5 0 mg、10 0 mg有效率分别为 5 9.6 7%、79.0 3% ,对照组 5 .4m g、10 .8mg的有效率分别为 2 6 .6 7%、44 .45 % ,两组疗效有显著性差别 (P <0 .0 1)。表明昔多芬治疗各种原因的 ED是安全有效的 ,副作用少而轻 ,可以长期治疗 ,而育亨宾的效果较差。
To investigate the efficacy of sildenafil (viagra TM ) and yohimbine in male erectile dysfunction (ED),214 cases with ED (organic 41%, psychogenic 46%, mixed 13%) were randomly divided into two groups in 4 double blind. Patients in sildenafil group were treated with Sildenafil once daily 50 mg and 100 mg approximately 1 hour before sexual activity for 4 to 8 weeks.Patients in control group were given 5.4 mg and 10.8 mg of yohimbine thrice daily for 4 to 8 weeks.Results showed that after 4 to 8 weeks, in sildenafil group 50 mg and 100 mg effective rate was 59.67% and 79.03 respectively, while in control group the response rate ranged from 26.67% and 44.45% respectively(P<0.01). The results of this meta analysis indicated that sildenafil, at dose of 50 mg and 100 mg is effective in men with ED.
