摘要 目的　观察奎宁对人小涎腺样囊性癌 Acc- 2细胞多药耐药的逆转作用。方法　利用 Acc- 2细胞的多药耐药模型 Acc- 2 / VCR,采用 MTT和流式细胞仪体外观察奎宁对 Acc- 2 / VCR多药耐药的逆转。结果　奎宁能一定程度地逆转 Acc- 2 / VCR对 VCR、DDP、PYM的耐药 ,并能降低经奎宁处理后 Acc- 2 / VCR的 DNA含量。结论　奎宁是一种较好的耐药调节剂。 Objective To observe the resistant reversing effect of quinine on multidrug resistant Acc-2/VCR.Methods Using the multidrug resistant Acc-2/VCR in vitro, quinine was tested as a drug resistant modulator to reverse the multidrug resistance of Acc-2/VCR by MTT assay and observed the effect on DNA contents of Acc-2/VCR treated by VCR by FCM.Results quinine can reverse the resistance of Acc-2/VCR to VCR、DDP、PYM, decrease the DNA contents of Acc-2/VCR treated by VCR.Conclusion quinine is a good drug resistant modulator.
