32通道头部线圈与并行采集技术iPAT在头颅MRA检查中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨32通道头部线圈与并行采集技术iPAT(integrated parallel acquisition techniques)技术在头颅MRA检查中的应用价值。方法运用常规16通道头部线圈、32通道头部线圈、32通道头部线圈加并行采集加速因子为2的iPAT技术以及32通道头部线圈加并行采集加速因子为3的iPAT技术共4种检查方法,扫描健康志愿者头颅MRA15例和各种临床要求检查MRA的脑部疾病患者20例。扫描结束后分别对上述4种检查方法所得图像的信噪比、对比度、均匀度和对比噪声比进行测量,并对35例健康志愿者和患者扫描所得图像进行图像质量评价和比较。结果运用常规16通道头部线圈和32通道头部线圈两种检查方法所得到图像的信噪比、对比度、均匀度和对比噪声比,两者比较的差异有显著性意义,32通道线圈和32通道头部线圈加并行采集加速因子为2的iPAT技术所得到的图像之间差异无显著性意义,但后者扫描时间明显缩短,而32通道头部线圈加并行采集加速因子为2的iPAT技术以及32通道头部线圈加并行采集加速因子为3的iPAT技术所得到的扫描图像质量两者比较的差异有显著性意义。结论头颅MRA检查中,配置了32通道线圈的新型MR成像仪的检查所得到图像,能够明显提高图像的信噪比、对比度、对比噪声比,iPAT技术能够明显缩短各序列扫描时间,32通道头部线圈加并行采集加速因子为2的iPAT技术的联合运用能够在显著缩短扫描时间的同时并保持良好的图像质量。 Objective To investigate the value of 32-channel head coil with integrated parallel acquisition technique (iPAT) in head of MRA. Methods 4 kinds of methods, i. e. , the conventional 16-channel head coil, 32-channel head coil, 32 channel head coil with iPAT of parallel acquisition accelerating factor 2, and 32-channel head coil with iPAT of parallel acquisition accelerating factor 3 were employed to scan the head MRA for 15 healthy volunteers and 20 patients with brain disease who needed the inspection of MRA. After the scanning with these aforementioned four kinds of method, the income image signal-to-noise ratio, contrast, evenness and contrast to noise ratio were measured, respectively and the image image qualities in 35 healthy volunteers and patients were compared and evaluated. Results The signal-to-noise rati- o, contrast, uniformity and contrast to noise ratio from the images were statistically significant different obtained by the conventional 16-channel head coil and a 32-channel head coil. There was no significant difference in these parameters ob- tained by 32-channel head coil and 32-channel head coil with iPAT of parallel acquisition acceleration factor 2, but, the lat- ter had a shorter scan time. The comparison in these parameters by 32-channel head coil plus iPAT of parallel acquisition acceleration factor 2 and 32-channel head coil plus iPAT parallel acquisition acceleration factor 3 showed to be statistically significant. Conclusion The head of MRA, which is configured the new MR imager examination of the 32-channel coil, can significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the image, contrast, contrast to noise ratio, iPAT technology can sig nificantly shorten the sequence scan time. 32-channel head coil combined with iPAT of parallel acquisition acceleration fac- tor 2 can significantly shorten the scan time while maintaining the good image quality.
