摘要
回顾我院收治的1例子宫腺肉瘤病例,分析其临床表现、病理特点、治疗及预后。复习相关文献,子宫腺肉瘤是一种罕见的子宫肉瘤,由良性腺上皮成分以及肉瘤间质成分组成,临床表现缺乏特异性,术前诊断困难,治疗方案尚存争议。
A case of uterine Mullerian adenosarcoma（ uterine Mullerian adenosarcoma,UMA） was studied. The clin- ical manifestation, pathology, treatment and prognosis was studied. The relative references were reviewed. UMA is a rare uterine sarcoma, it consists of benign gland epithelium and malignant stromal elements. It has no specific clinical features and is hard to diagnose. The treatment of UMA is also contraversal.
