临床药师参与肾移植后肺部感染患者的药物治疗实践 被引量：2

摘要 目的通过临床药师参与药物治疗实践,提高肾移植后肺部感染治疗的有效性、安全性与经济性。方法临床药师全程积极参与一例肾移植后肺部感染患者的治疗,在药物的选用、药物相互作用与不良反应的监护、患者出院宣教等方面提供药学服务。结果临床药师与医师紧密合作,患者治愈出院。结论临床药师积极参与肾移植后肺部感染患者的药物治疗,可提高药物治疗的有效性、安全性、经济性。
