摘要
目的:探讨透明质酸在鼻部注射的最严重并发症的诊断和处理经验。方法:2011年～2012年收治的5例鼻面部透明质酸注射引起的缺血和感染并发症,经过治疗和后期的随访,复习历来的相关文献。结果:5例患者预后良好,没有发生严重坏死。结论:透明质酸在鼻面部注射中掌握好层次,解剖知识和相关技术是有效预防缺血性障碍的重要保证。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment experience of the most serious complications caused by nasal injection of hyaluronic acid. Methods 5 cases during 2011-2012 were collected,which had the compications of avascular necrosis and infection caused by nasal injection of hyaluronic acid,and received treatments and follow-ups.Earlier relevant articles were reviewed. Results Prognoses of 5 patients were good,no serious necrosis. Conclusion Injective level of hyaluronic acid in nasal area should be fully grasped,anatomical knowledge and related technic are important assurance of effectively preventing tissue from avascular necrosis.
