点阵双极射频面部皮肤年轻化治疗临床疗效及安全性观察 被引量:10

The efficacy and safety of fractional rejuvenation using a bipolar Radio Frequency system

摘要 目的:观察点阵双极射频在面部皮肤年轻化治疗中的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对47例存在面部皮肤老化征并要求改善的患者,采用点阵双极射频治疗仪进行3次治疗,间隔时间为4周。治疗过程中记录VAS评分及不良反应,并对比治疗前、疗程结束后1个月皮肤松弛、皱纹、肤色及光滑度的改变,并行患者满意度调查。结果:47例患者均完成3次治疗,与治疗前相比,面部皮肤松弛、皱纹、肤色及光滑度改善50%以上者分别占61.70%、72.34%、51.06%及70.21%。共91.49%的患者对治疗满意或非常满意。VAS评分平均3.12分,不良反应限于轻微水肿、红斑、微小结痂,所有患者均无色素沉着、瘢痕等。结论:点阵双极射频用于面部皮肤年轻化治疗安全、有效。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of fractional rejuvenation using a bipolar RF system. Methods Forty-seven patients with aging skin that require improvement were treated with a bipolar RF system once every 4 weeks to 3 times for a course. Visual analog scales and adverse reactions were recorded. The therapeutic effects of facial skin laxity, wrinkles, skin color homogeneity, skin smoothness were recorded before the treatment and one month after the 3rd treatment, and patient satisfaction survey were recorded. Results All patients finished the course, 61.70%, 72.34%, 51.06% and 70.21% patients had over 50% improvement of facial skin laxity, wrinkles, skin color homogeneity, skin smoothness respectively. 91.49% patients reported being satisfied or very satisfied with the treatment. The VAS score was 3.12 on average, adverse events were limited to mild erythema, swelling, and scabs. No one have pigmentation and scarring. Conclusion Fractional bipolar RF treatment is an effective and safe treatment for facial skin rejuvenation.
