缺血修饰白蛋白在急性胸痛病因诊断中价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨急性胸痛病因及缺血修饰白蛋白在急性胸痛鉴别诊断中的作用。方法对206例急性胸痛患者病因进行分析,并检测血清缺血修饰白蛋白水平。结果 206例急性胸痛患者中心源性胸痛105例;心源性胸痛中急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者血清缺血修饰白蛋白水平高于非ACS患者(P<0.05);缺血修饰白蛋白诊断ACS的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为90.8%、79.2%、71.9%和93.6%。结论急性胸痛病因复杂,缺血修饰白蛋白对ACS胸痛有较高诊断价值,可减少误诊。
