摘要
目的:通过调查分析甘肃"7.22"岷县、漳县地震伤员伤情、救治过程等,为政府决策、安排灾后医疗救治工作、宣传避震知识提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对岷县、漳县地震中受伤的207例住院伤员进行调查,重点对伤员伤情、致伤原因等进行统计学分析。结果:此次地震伤员中性别、年龄段有明显差别;致伤因素主要为房屋倒塌压砸伤:骨折部位以脊柱骨折最多,占25.6%;伤员缺乏自救意识和防震教育培训。结论:地震伤情除与建筑物结构等因素有关外,还与当地人群分布特点、当时的季节、人员活动状态和场所、当地人员的文化程度以及是否接受避震知识的宣传教育等有一定关系。
Objective：Through investigating the features of wound caused by ＂7.22＂ earthquake in Min County and Zhang County in Gansu and the processes of the treatment, to provide basis for the decision-making of the government, arrangements for post-disaster medical treatment, publicity of the knowledge escaping from the earthquake. Methods： Questionnaires and interviews were used. The 207 hospitalized wounded of Min County and Zhang County earthquake were investigated with emphasis on the analysis of the wounded and the causes of injury. Results： The significant differences in the wounded exist among the genders and ages; the injury were mainly caused by house collapse; the most part of fracture were spinal fractures accounting for 25.6 %; the wounded lack of self-saving awareness and education of the escaping from the shock. Conelusion：The earthquake injuries have something to do not only with the building structures but also with the local population distribution, the season, the state and the place of the people acting, the educational level and publicity of the knowledge escaping from the earthquake.
