摘要
目的:观察针刺治疗伴隐性脊柱裂小儿遗尿的临床疗效;方法:共收集20例伴隐性脊柱裂的小儿遗尿患者,运用针刺治疗1个月,并随访观察其疗效;结果:20例伴隐性脊柱裂的小儿遗尿患者经针刺治疗结束后,痊愈8例,有效12例,3个月后随访复发1例;结论:针刺治疗伴隐性脊柱裂小儿遗尿的临床疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture treating infantile enuresis with spina bifida occulta （SBO）. Methods：A total of 20 cases of enuresis children with SBO were collected for acupuncture treatment and followed up after one month therapy. Results： At the end of acupuncture treatment, 8 cases were cured, and 12 were effective. After 3 months, 1 case had a recurrence. Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment has significant clinical effects on infantile enuresis with SBO.
