摘要
由第三类边界条件建立了钢锭温升模型,按照钢锭在高温炉中的加热过程建立了应力分布函数,计算了钢锭在加热过程中的应力分布变化。计算结果表明:高温炉加热钢锭初期升温速度较快,钢锭心部的三向拉应力增加。这能为制定不同钢种钢锭的安全加热工艺参数提供实用的理论计算方法。
The ingot temperature rising model was established by third kinds of boundary condition and the stress distribution function of the ingot was established according to the ingot heating process in high temperature furnace. The changes of the ingot stress distribution in the heating process were calculated. The calculation results show that: at the prime ingot heating in high temperature furnace, the heating speed is faster, and three tensile stresses in ingot core increase. This can provide a practical calculation method for safe heatinl~ proeess parameters of different steel in~,ots.
