摘要
作者希望发表论文与编辑要求高水平的论文之间发生了矛盾.两者相互尊重、相互信任、彼此谅解、密切合作,是统一两者之间矛盾的基础.
It often contradicts that writers wish to have their papers published and editors hope to carry out papers with higher levels. Foundations in solving the problem and obtaining psychologically satisfactory union between writers and editors come from mutual respect, confidence, excuse and close cooperation.
