异丙酚联合氯胺酮麻醉对PCNL患者炎症介质TNF-α的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨异丙酚联合氯胺酮麻醉对经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)患者炎症介质肿瘤坏死因了-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法择期拟行经皮肾镜取石术的全麻患者60例,分为C组(对照)和PK组(异丙酚联合氯胺酮),每组30例。两组患者分别在麻醉诱导前(T1)、麻醉诱导后(T2)、手术开始后60min(T3)及手术结束时(T4)采静脉血,测定血清TNF-α水平。结果与C组相比,PK组在T1、T2时刻血清TNF-α的浓度无明显差异(P>0.05),而T3、T4时血清TNF-α的浓度均明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚联合氯胺酮麻醉,能有效降低PCNL手术患者TNF-α的释放,抑制炎性反应。
