摘要
本文利用计算机模拟方法对海州露天煤矿“三环”能力进行了全面、系统地分析。通过18个方案生产系统的模拟计算,确定了不同生产能力情况下的铲车配比;论证了线路系统的合理性;校验了各排土场的合理排弃比例并能用此模型预示未来的生产面貌。在分析了“三环”设备最佳匹配的基础上,提出了减少两台电铲的决策意见.
A comprehensive and systematical analysis of the productivity of Haizhou Open-pit mine has been made jointly by the mine and Fuxin Mining Institute. Simulation calculation were made about 18 alternatives with different productivities with the computer. The appropriate ratio of train and shovel was calculated, the utilization of track system was demonstrated, the rationality of dumping ratio to different dumping points was verified and the features of production in the future were foreboded. Based on the analysis of the optial productivity combination of the three main links: excaviting, hau-lling and dumping, a decision of reducing two shovels from the system has been made.
