摘要
介绍了聚偏氟乙烯树脂的主要合成方式,回顾了近年来在树脂合成上的发展,并指出了各种方式存在的优缺点;分别从共混改性和共聚改性2方面阐述了改性树脂的研究进展。认为应扩大生产能力、加快新型生产工艺的开发和应用,采用不同的改性手段制备新型PVDF材料,以满足不断增长的需求。
The main synthesis methods of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) resin was described by reviewing the developments of the resin synthesis in recent years and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the methods. Meanwhile the research progress of resin modification by blending and copolymerization was elaborated respectively. The research direction of PVDF was expanding the production capacity,accelerating the development and application of the new production process,and using the different modification methods to produce novel PVDF material,in order to meet the increasing demand.
