摘要
风险管理已成为国内外供水行业日益关注的热点问题,阐述了国内外城市供水系统风险管理现状。首先分析了国内外相关研究中风险的概念,在此基础上对城市供水系统风险的概念进行了定义并由此讨论了城市供水系统风险管理的范畴,风险管理与安全管理的关系,其次总结了城市供水系统风险评估的方法,对方法进行了分类阐述和分析,最后重点梳理了城市供水系统中几种具有重要影响风险管理标准的发展脉络和关系,并对我国城市供水系统风险管理的进一步开展进行了展望。
This paper summarized state-of-art of risk management of urban water supply system, which is a focus in recently years. Firstly discussed the concept of risk related in urban water supply system, then on the basis of the defined of risk, discussed the scope of risk management of urban water supply system and the relationship between risk management and safety management. Moreover summarized evaluation methods of urban water supply system in a quantitative extent order. Finally, the paper teased the development and relationship of risk management stand- ards. In addition, the management of in risk urban water supply system in our country is further discussed.
