摘要
针对目前啤酒发酵过程中,传统有线数据传输系统面临的现场布线复杂、成本高、灵活性差等缺点,提出了一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的啤酒发酵过程监测系统,并给出了硬件电路和软件流程。以TI公司生产的CC2430射频芯片为主控芯片,测温采用DS18B20数字式温度传感器,测压和测流量采用HP03压力传感器。通过ZigBee无线传感器网络,将采集到的温度、压力和流量信息通过无线信道发送出去,并在监控中心PC机上显示,达到实时监测啤酒发酵过程的目的。
Aiming at the process of beer fermentation, traditional data transmission cable system face the problems of complicated wiring field, high cost and poor flexibility. A monitoring system of beer fermentation based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is designed, and the hardware circuit and software flow are given. The TI company's CC2430 RF chips are taken as the main control chip, and digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is taken as the temperature sensor node and pressure sensor HP03 is taken as the pressure and flow rate sensor node. Through the ZigBee wireless sensor network, temperature, pressure and flow information are sent out through the wireless channel, and are displayed in the monitoring center PC to achieve the purpose of realtime monitoring fermentation process.
