摘要
着眼于系统特性的视角,从海洋战略性新兴产业相关培育理论的市场培育、科技培育、法规培育三方面培育理论进行梳理,并做简要评述和研究展望,以期为海洋战略性新兴产业的培育理论研究和实践发展提供借鉴。
This paper focuses on system characteristics, carding from the cultivation theory of market cultivation, technology cultivation, regulations cultivation. Last, the paper makes a brief review and prospect of research, hoping to offer reference for the cultivation of new marine strategic industries＇ theory research in the future.
