摘要
目的开发一种新的去甲基金霉素提取工艺。方法采用树脂动态吸附解吸的方法,从发酵液滤液中分离去甲基金霉素,HPLC检测结果。结果大孔吸附树脂HZ816的动态吸附量为61925μg/mL,使用70%乙醇100mL/h的流速,可有效解吸树脂柱上吸附的去甲基金霉素,解吸收率达85.72%。结论大孔吸附树脂HZ816可以用来从发酵液中分离纯化去甲基金霉素,该方法简单、易行,为该产品的工业生产应用提供基础。
Objective The aim of this article is about a new process of separating and purifying Demeclocycline from fermentation filtrate. Methods By adsorption and desorption with macroporous absorbent resin, the demeclocycline was separated from fermentation filtrate. The content of demeclocycline was detected by HPLC. And the capacity and recovery of different resins were calculated. Results The capacity of macroporous absorbent resin HZ816 was about 61925ug/mL. The adsorbed demeclocycline was desorbed by 70% ethanol at the flow rate of 50mL/h, and the recovery reached 85.72%.
