摘要
本文在液压支架主要结构尺寸数据库的基础上,研究了以支架任意工作高度H为自变量,以一维优化法(Q.618法)为依据的液压支架四连杆机构运动学分析的实用方法。编制了相应的分析程序并在微机上进行了实例验算,在绘图仪上绘出以高度为自变量的各种运动曲线轨迹。所得结果与作图结果十分吻合.
On the basis of the data base of powered support, this paper presents a useful kinematic analystical method of powered support's lemniscate linkages with one-dimension optimum method (the 0.618method) , and a related compu -ter programme is worked out. Finally, taking the type of BC400-17/35 chock shield support as an example, computed results and related curves refer to the working height (H) are drawn on the plotter. All results coincide with diag -rammatic results.
