碳负载固体酸催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物的研究

摘要 以天然多糖做碳化原料,经磺化后得到碳负载固体酸。以其为催化剂,由芳香醛、β-酮酸酯和尿素缩合制备了系列3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物。以乙醇为溶剂回流反应2.5~5h,产物产率在72%-89%之间。产物结构经’HNMR,IR确证。 A series of 3,4-dihydrepyrimidin-2 (1 H)-ones were prepared through the Biginelli condensation reactions of aromatic aldehydes, keto ester and urea catalyzed by carbon-based solid acid, which was synthesized after pyrolysis of natural polysaccharide and subsequently functionalised with sulfonated groups. The reactions were carried out under reflux in ethanol for 2. 5-5 h. The yields of the products had between 72% - 89%. All the products had been characterized by 1H NMR and IR spectra.
